Welcome to Wejobs, a platform operated by WejobsKH Co., Ltd. ("Wejobs", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.wejobskh.com, our mobile application (if applicable), and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Wejobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately.

1. Overview

  • Wejobs connects job seekers ("Talent") and employers ("Companies") to facilitate recruitment and career opportunities in Cambodia and across Southeast Asia.
  • Wejobs provides tools, including AI-assisted job recommendations, candidate matching, and application management to enhance user experience.

2. Eligibility

To use Wejobs:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with Cambodian laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

  • Each user (Talent or Company) must create an account with valid contact information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.

4. Services and Features

Wejobs provides:

  • Job listing and talent discovery tools.
  • AI-driven matching between employers and job seekers.
  • Communication tools for interviews and hiring.
  • Account dashboards for application management.

Wejobs acts solely as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the decisions, actions, or conduct of any Talent or Company using our Platform.

5. AI Matching and Recommendations

  • Our platform may use AI or algorithmic tools to suggest jobs or candidates.
  • These recommendations are based on available data and do not constitute guarantees of accuracy, employment, or suitability.
  • Wejobs is not liable for any outcome resulting from AI recommendations.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Currently, Wejobs services are offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid plans, subscription tiers, or promotional tools at any time.

  • All pricing and service fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any future paid services will be clearly communicated before activation.
  • Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation policies will be governed by separate subscription agreements at that time.

7. Content and User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All information, job posts, resumes, or other content submitted are accurate and lawful.
  • You will not post misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • You grant Wejobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display content you upload for the purpose of operating the Platform.
  • Wejobs reserves the right to remove or disable content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools to collect data.
  • Post fraudulent jobs, resumes, or misleading information.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform—including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, design, and software—are the property of Wejobs or WejobsKH Co., Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wejobs is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from reliance on job postings or candidate profiles.
  • Any employment decisions made by Companies or Talents.
  • Downtime, technical issues, or data loss.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Data Security and Privacy

  • Wejobs takes user privacy seriously.
  • All user data is securely stored on cloud servers hosted by Hostinger.
  • We employ appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, store, and use your data.

12. Termination

Wejobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

13. Amendments to Terms

Wejobs may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service updates or regulatory changes.

Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cambodian courts.
